Well, back home. I'm relaxing a bit before I get back out into the real world. I've bought myself a new digital camera and I'm looking into some darkroom stuff.

Darkrooms are hard for me to deal with, even to deal with the negatives. Bugging me because I want to shoot with my large format and hassy but I don't have any place where I can process my own stuff. Can't really do it in the house here because they won't let me. I'll have to see what I can do. Maybe build a small shack outside the house to do the work. That would be a lot of work but it's doable.

PS I've got a Wacom tablet! Is very nice! Hopes to be a playing with it! Linux is not reading everything on it right, but I work on it!

Well, I've completed basic training at Fort Benning (well I completed it a few months ago) and now as of Aug. 10 I've started my public affairs classes at the Defense Information School on Fort Meade. My last day of class will be November 2 and I will be home again shortly after that. I might get some photos around the DC, Baltimore or Annapolis area later on but it will be at least until I get home before they are developed because I won't have the time to do ANYTHING until then.

I loves it much! I just spent a week there taking pictures! My first rolls from my Hossy are being processed and I have a hundred pictures to upload

I've gotten a new camera.... A HASSLEBLAD YAY WOOOOOOT! It makes me happy. It's got a little issue with the mirror flipping up if turned down while winding but other than that it's good. I can't wait to get the lens I ordered.

This does mean there will be huge amounts of lag between me posting any pictures I take and me actually taking the pictures. As they are film.

So happy day!

I'm going to take more pictures <,,< I hope. Maybe put up a drawing or two I've done for class.

Oh by the way, I haven't updated this for a year XD
